At the heart of Wangs is Chef Xin Xin — whose cooking brings together the boldness, finesse, and deep tradition of Chinese cuisine with ingredients that celebrate quality, seasonality, and care. She’s supported by an incredible team who bring just as much soul, skill and graft to every dish that leaves the kitchen.

We have a small changing menu of 12 dishes all made in house with high quality ingredients, fresh produce with meat and fish from local suppliers. You’ll find dishes like handmade wontons, dumplings, Cantonese poached chicken, Sichuan aubergine, Brixham scallops, noodles and more.
