Before Japan made ramen a global obsession, there was Lanzhou Lamian; the original soup noodles from China. We've teamed up with Raman Nakama to pay homage to this delicious historic bowl by bringing to your kitchens across Bristol this Autumn. 

Each kit comes with bouncy fresh wheat cut noodles from our friends at Komugi Noodles, a clean and fragrant Lanzhou Lamian beef broth, thinly sliced braised beef shin, braised daikon, spring onions, coriander and chilli oil.

Ramen Nakama are one of the best ramen makers in Bristol, and have been operating pop-ups alongside their 'secret ramen society for discerning slurpers' for several years now. Glen, the founder, ensures that every bowl is made to the highest standard using the finest ingredients that Bristol can offer.
